Features and Mode of Action
S-Metolachlor 96% EC is a selective, absorbed through roots and shoots. It provides toxic action by inhibiting protein synthesis in shoot meristems and root tips in susceptible species. This protein inhibition results in inhibited cell development, cell division, cell enlargement causing inhibited shoots and roots.
