Features and Mode of Action

Butachlor 60% EC is selective, systemic herbicide, absorbed primarily through germinating shoots and secondarily by roots.it is translocated throughout the plant, with higher concentration in the vegetative parts than the reproductive parts.it inhibits cell division by blocking protein synthesis.

Method of Application:

• Water level in the field should be 3-4 inches at the time of application.
• Apply using a shaker bottle within 5-7 days of transplanting.
• Let the water stand in the field till 5-7 days after butachlor application.
